From this summer 2022, Cledor has been instructed to provide concierges to this stunning grade II listed red brick residence close to Selfridges in London’s West End.

As part of a wider portfolio, this discerning landlord of prime and super prime apartments across the capital, needs to be sure to engage the best concierges. Our concierges are often from a 5-star hotel background so adapting to high end residential is a breeze.

We have provided three concierges to cover a seven-day week at this property on Duke Street. The apartment building is owned by a single landlord, and all 16 apartments are sublet. Each apartment is fully furnished with state-of-the-art equipment which the concierges are expected to be familiar with. Our concierges, who remain our employees, liaise closely with the landlord’s property management staff. Previously, they dealt with more security-oriented staff but now they have concierges with Cledor’s security awareness built-in.

Given this is a portfolio build to rent instruction, our concierges can work flexibly to provide cover for other central London buildings.

Discretion is key. Our concierges are suitably trained and have experience of the highest end hotels and residences. Naturally, health and safety training is provided through Cledor’s training academy.
